About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and fluency in English. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT products and services, strong customer handling abilities, and a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
- Present company products and services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to support business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Management.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products, software, digital solutions, or technology services.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
