Designation: Business Development Manager
Location: Hyderabad (with travel as required)
2. Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager shall be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting business opportunities into design and execution projects. The role involves active market outreach through site visits, networking, and direct client interactions to generate leads and achieve project closures.
3. Key Responsibilities
Conduct market reconnaissance across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, contractors, and clients
Initiate client engagement and present the Company’s service offerings
Coordinate meetings between clients and the internal design team
Track and manage leads from initiation to closure
Maintain structured weekly pipeline reports
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
