We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and people-centric HR Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily human resources operations, managing everything from end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR administration.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of labor laws, and a passion for fostering a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires (documentation, orientation, IT setup coordination) and manage smooth exit processes, including conducting exit interviews.
- HR Operations & Admin: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical), track attendance, manage leave management systems, and assist with monthly payroll processing.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding company policies, benefits, and grievances, ensuring swift and empathetic resolution.
- Performance Management: Assist in coordinating annual or quarterly performance appraisal cycles and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and internal corporate regulations.
- Engagement & Culture: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness initiatives to drive a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (an MBA in HR is a plus).
- Experience: [Insert Number, e.g., 1–3 years] of proven experience working as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or in a similar corporate HR role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills. Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
