Position-Packaging & Warehouse Operations Manager – Complex Excipients, Bulk Drugs & Specialty Chemicals

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Packaging & Warehouse Operations Manager to lead packaging, inventory, storage, and dispatch operations for Complex Excipients, Bulk Drugs, and Specialty Chemicals. The role will focus on ensuring product integrity, packaging compliance, inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and seamless supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end packaging operations for liquid, powder, and specialty chemical products.
- Handle packaging formats ranging from 80 ml bottles to 25 L drums and bulk packs.
- Ensure appropriate packaging selection, labelling, storage, and dispatch compliance.
- Monitor product-specific storage conditions, including temperature, humidity, and material compatibility requirements.
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and batch traceability.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate packaging, warehousing, logistics, and dispatch activities.
- Drive process improvements, CAPA implementation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS, and company quality standards.
Candidate Profile
- B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, B.Pharm/M.Pharm, B.Tech Chemical, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in packaging, warehouse, inventory, or operations management within pharmaceutical, excipient, API, or specialty chemical industries.
- Strong understanding of drum filling, packaging materials, warehouse management, and storage compliance.
- Experience handling multiple pack sizes and inventory management systems.
A hands-on operations professional with strong expertise in packaging, warehousing, inventory management, and storage compliance, capable of driving operational excellence across complex excipient, bulk drug, and specialty chemical products.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
