Job Summary
Radon India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and creative Interior Design Head to lead our design team, manage premium client projects, and drive business growth through design-led sales. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized interiors, with strong client-facing and sales abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Interior Design team for residential and commercial projects.
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
- Develop innovative modular kitchen, wardrobe, and interior design concepts.
- Present design proposals, layouts, material selections, and 3D concepts to clients.
- Convert design consultations into successful sales closures.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates in coordination with the sales team.
- Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, project reviews, and execution monitoring.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Guide and mentor junior designers to improve creativity and productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in modular kitchens, interior materials, hardware, and space planning.
- Achieve monthly design conversion and sales targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure excellent after-sales support.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
