Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various job portals and a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and fulfilling hiring needs within set timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Hirist, and other job boards.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Work on diverse requirements covering technical (Developers, QA, Project Managers, etc.) and non-technical (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.) profiles.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and ensure targets are achieved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ATS / recruitment trackers.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Hands-on expertise with job portals: LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Hirist, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques, and networking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
