Durgapur, West Bengal : MEP : 3–6 Years TBES Global Pvt. Ltd is looking for passionate and driven MEP BIM Modelers to join our growing team. If you have experience in the BIM industry and are eager to work on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects for international clients, we would love to hear from you. • Create detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks • Develop and model HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems accurately as per project requirements • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to gather information for accurate modeling and coordination • Update and modify models based on revised plans, clash reports, and project specifications • Generate 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed documentation from 3D BIM models • Develop discipline-specific BIM modeling content and families • Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and Levels of Development (LOD) • Coordinate with Architectural and Structural disciplines regarding design changes and model revisions & • 3–4 years of MEP BIM Modeling experience • Strong proficiency in Revit MEP with experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection modeling • Familiarity with BIM standards, clash detection, and Levels of Development (LOD) • Good understanding of MEP drawings, codes, and coordination processes • Good communication and teamwork skills • Experience working on international projects (UK/USA/Europe/Middle East) . ? • Opportunity to work on diverse international projects • Growth-focused and technology-driven work environment • Supportive and collaborative team culture Send your CV and portfolio to @ . or reach out to us @+ Please like, comment, or share this post to help us connect with the right talent.
