We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic recruiter to manage large-scale hiring of General Duty Assistants (GDA) for our Bhopal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of GDA (General Duty Assistant) staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, local networks, institutes, NGOs, and referral programs.
- Conduct screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with operations/clinical teams.
- Handle bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment from nursing/GDA training institutes.
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
- Coordinate with HR and operations for smooth joining and deployment.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets as per manpower requirements.
- Build strong pipeline for continuous hiring needs
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
