We're Hiring | RFP & Bid Management Specialist
We're looking for an experienced RFP & Bid Management Specialist to lead end-to-end proposal development and bid management for Government, PSU, and Global IT tenders. If you have a strong background in preparing winning proposals and managing complex tender submissions, we'd love to hear from you.

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Experience: 3–7 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities across Government, PSU, and global procurement platforms.
- Prepare end-to-end RFP, RFQ, and EOI responses for domestic and international bids.
- Develop high-quality technical and commercial bid documentation.
- Ensure complete compliance with tender requirements and submission timelines.
- Collaborate with Technical, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to prepare competitive proposals.
- Manage submissions through GeM, CPPP, other Indian e-procurement portals, and global procurement platforms.
- Track bid status, corrigendums, clarifications, and post-submission activities.
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience handling Government & PSU IT tenders and international/global RFPs.
✔ Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and e-tendering portals.
✔ Hands-on experience in RFP, RFQ, and EOI documentation.
✔ Excellent proposal writing, compliance mapping, and stakeholder coordination skills.
✔ Good understanding of IT solutions and services.
✔ Ability to manage multiple bids while meeting strict deadlines.
