Lead end‑to‑end project execution for AD/ADAS programs, covering planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and delivery across the full V‑model lifecycle.
Work closely with OEM customers, Tier 1 suppliers, internal engineering teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and technical requirements.
Manage project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
Drive requirements management, including coordination of system, software, and safety requirements (ISO 26262 / ASPICE), ensuring traceability and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.n
Coordinate development and integration of ADAS components such as perception, sensor fusion, decision‑making, and control systems.
Oversee validation and verification activities, including SIL, HIL, vehicle testing, and customer acceptance, ensuring quality and performance targets are met.
Facilitate technical and project reviews, including design reviews, milestone reviews, and customer progress meetings, with clear reporting of status, issues, and action items.
Ensure adherence to automotive standards, customer processes, and internal development methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall as applicable).
Mentor and guide project team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across multi‑disciplinary teams.
