We are looking for a *BIM Engineer / Quantity Surveyor* to join our infrastructure team.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and maintain BIM models (Revit).
- Extract quantities and prepare BOQs from BIM models.
- Prepare project cost estimates and budgets.
- Track project costs and monitor budget during execution.
- Coordinate with design and site teams.
- Assist in BIM modeling and design development during non-project periods.
*Requirements*
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Experience in BIM modeling, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Excel,
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
