Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage onboarding process including offer letters, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records (hard & soft copies) and ensure data accuracy.
- Work on Frappe HRMS (HR software) for employee data, attendance, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Maintain attendance and leave records and support payroll input activities.
- Handle employee queries and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee assets such as ID cards, laptops, and onboarding kits.
- Manage employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Support employee insurance and basic HR compliance documentation.
- Coordinate vendor management and general office administration tasks.
- Handle exit formalities including asset recovery, final settlement, and relieving process.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
