We are looking for an experienced Transaction Advisory professional with a strong background in Indian client engagements.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience working with Indian clients/corporates
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Valuations, Due Diligence, or Deal Advisory
- Strong expertise in Financial Modeling, Valuation, Financial Analysis, and Due Diligence
- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end transaction advisory mandates
- Work on fundraising, M&A, buy-side/sell-side transactions, and transaction support assignments
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and preparation of investment decks
- Interact with promoters, investors, PE/VC funds, and senior management teams
- Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and deal execution
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
