Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, client engagement, product presentations, negotiations, and closure of deals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory through structured outreach, referrals, and networking initiatives.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Consistently achieve defined sales targets, including a minimum of two closures per month.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for proposal development, pricing alignment, and seamless transition to the implementation team.
- Analyze regional market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and support business expansion.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and successful deal closure.
- Self-driven professional with the ability to work independently and manage assigned targets effectively.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a high degree of accountability and professionalism.
- Prior experience in B2B, IT, or SaaS sales will be considered an added advantage.
