Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional with experience in both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and supporting overall HR processes.
The candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a data-driven approach to HR.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Draft, review, and update job descriptions in coordination with business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, recruitment drives, and employer branding initiatives.
HR Operations
- Manage the complete onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, document verification, and employee file creation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for system access, email creation, ID cards, assets, and workstation readiness.
- Conduct induction sessions covering company policies, culture, organizational structure, and HR processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure compliance with employee documentation and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance records, leave data, and employee information.
- Coordinate employee confirmations, probation reviews, and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS records.
Employee Engagement & Employee Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and team-building events.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution in coordination with HR leadership.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
HR Reporting & Administration
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR dashboards, and monthly hiring reports.
- Prepare HR MIS, recruitment metrics, and analytical reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ensure timely documentation, filing, and audit readiness of HR records.
- Support HR process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Perform other HR-related assignments as directed by management.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong understanding of onboarding, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HR processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional attitude with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee information.
- Working knowledge of HRMS systems will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹13,200.31 - ₹49,268.49 per month
