We are looking for a confident, proactive, and highly organized Business Development Associate to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English and be comfortable speaking with prospective clients, following up with leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the business growth process. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to new inquiries and leads promptly
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Schedule and coordinate consultation bookings
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Send reminders, updates, and promotional communications to existing clients
- Maintain lead and client databases accurately
- Track all client interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal team members regarding client requirements
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Ensure no lead is left unattended
Requirements
- Excellent spoken Hindi and English
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Comfortable handling client conversations
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to maintain records and reports accurately
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, CRM software, or willingness to learn
