An aesthetic clinic receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Greet patients, provide a welcoming environment, and address in-person, phone, or WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
- Scheduling: Manage the clinic calendar by booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments for doctors and therapists.
- Treatment Guidance: Confidently explain basic treatment options, packages, and promotions to clients.
- Administration: Maintain client records, update CRM/booking software, and manage follow-up calls for post-treatment care and feedback.
- Billing: Handle invoices, process payments, and manage basic cash registers.
- Clinic Operations: Ensure the reception area and waiting room remain clean, hygienic, and well-organized.
Key Requirements
- Education & Experience: 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of prior front desk or hospitality experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English and Hindi. Local language proficiency (e.g., Marathi in Mumbai) is a strong plus.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/booking software.
- Personality: A presentable, well-groomed, and confident demeanor with a sales-oriented mindset and a patient-focused approach.
Pay: ₹15,616.90 - ₹34,016.42 per month
