Role Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing core human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, policy implementation, compliance, and organizational development. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of partnering with leadership to drive people initiatives, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure legal and procedural compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning activities across departments.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and confirmation processes for new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure company-wide adherence.
- Coordinate payroll processing, attendance management, leave administration, and benefits.
- Drive performance management cycles including goal setting, appraisals, and increments.
- Support learning and development initiatives and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and audits.
- Handle employee engagement initiatives, HR communications, and internal events.
- Maintain HRMIS data, records, and reporting dashboards for management review.
- Advise leadership on HR strategy, workforce productivity, and retention planning.
- Manage exit processes including resignations, settlements, and clearance procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
- Master’s degree or HR certification.
Experience
- 5–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a corporate or multi-location environment.
- Proven exposure to recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.
