Role Objective
We are looking for a focused Verbal Trainer to help students master the English proficiency requirements for international education. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction specifically for the IELTS and PTE exams, ensuring students achieve the scores necessary for admission to top global universities.Key Responsibilities
- Expert Instruction: Conduct training sessions focused on the four core modules: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
- Strategy Coaching: Teach proven techniques and time-management strategies tailored to the specific rubrics of IELTS and PTE.
- Evaluation: Conduct regular mock tests, provide constructive verbal and written feedback, and track student improvement.
- Counseling: Provide one-on-one guidance to students to address specific linguistic gaps or test-day anxiety.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Language Mastery: Exceptional command of English grammar, pronunciation, and academic vocabulary.
- Exam Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the latest IELTS and PTE exam patterns and scoring criteria.
- Communication: Strong public speaking skills with the ability to explain complex linguistic concepts simply.
- Experience: Proven track record of helping students achieve high bands/scores (e.g., IELTS 7.5+ or PTE 70+).
Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field.
Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- IELTS/PTE: 3 years (Required)
