Job Summary
Responsible for leading the visa consultancy department, ensuring smooth operations, high visa success rates, team performance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the visa consultancy team
- Oversee end-to-end visa application processes
- Ensure compliance with immigration rules and embassy guidelines
- Handle complex and high-value client cases
- Train team and monitor performance & KPIs
- Improve visa success ratio and departmental revenue
Requirements
- 2-10 years of experience in visa consultancy
- 3+ years in a managerial/lead role
- Strong knowledge of visa processes and compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
