Role Overview:
Crown Flakes Private Limited is looking for a high-performing Customer Relationship Manager who must be able to do sales and actively drive business growth. This role demands a strong communicator, sharp coordinator, and result-oriented go-getter who can convert leads, manage customers end-to-end, and work closely with internal teams to close business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales (Mandatory)
- Actively generate, follow up, and close sales with distributors, wholesalers, HoReCa, and institutional clients
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through confident communication and negotiation
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers
Customer Relationship & Coordination
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers
- Coordinate seamlessly with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships
Marketing & Market Intelligence
- Support sales and marketing initiatives, trade shows, sampling, and promotions
- Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements
- Assist in launching new products and entering new markets
Accounts Coordination (Added Advantage)
- Coordinate with accounts on invoicing, collections, outstanding follow-ups, and reconciliations
- Maintain basic sales MIS, customer records, and payment trackers

Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in sales / customer relationship roles
- Experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG company preferred
- Proven ability to do sales and close deals
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business
- Accounts exposure is a plus
