Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Officer to join our healthcare team at Aragonda. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality healthcare services through both the Mobile Medical Unit and the Satellite Clinic. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, patient care skills, community engagement, and the ability to work effectively in field and clinic settings.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Provide primary and preventive healthcare services to patients in Mobile Medical Units and Satellite Clinics.
· Conduct patient consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
· Prescribe medications and maintain proper medical records and documentation.
· Handle emergency medical situations and provide immediate care when required.
· Coordinate with healthcare staff and support teams for smooth clinical operations.
· Participate in community outreach and health awareness activities.
· Ensure adherence to medical protocols, ethical standards, and infection control practices.
· Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate reporting of medical cases.
· Monitor patient health outcomes and recommend appropriate interventions.
· Support implementation of healthcare programs and field-level medical initiatives.
· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
· Collaborate with local stakeholders and healthcare authorities when necessary.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
