The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating dispatch operations, managing e-commerce shipment processes, tracking deliveries, supporting production activities, and maintaining accurate logistics and factory records in ZOHO. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure timely and smooth dispatch operations.
Manage daily e-commerce order dispatch activities.
Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely shipment pickups.
Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and dispatch documentation.
Monitor order processing timelines and ensure SLA adherence.
Handle dispatch-related communication with internal teams and logistics vendors.
Track shipments from dispatch till delivery.
Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for delivery updates and issue resolution.
Maintain shipment status records and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Resolve delays, misrouted, or delivery-related escalations.
Prepare and share dispatch and shipment tracking reports.
Assist the production team with preparation and verification of picklists.
Coordinate label generation and resolve label-related issues.
Ensure correct SKU/product mapping before dispatch.
Support smooth coordination between production and dispatch departments.
Minimize dispatch errors through proper verification processes.
Update dispatch, shipment, and logistics details in ZOHO ERP/CRM.
Maintain accurate factory and logistics records in the system.
Ensure real-time data entry for dispatch status, inventory movement, and shipment tracking.
Generate reports and maintain documentation through ZOHO.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure system data accuracy.
Knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
Familiarity with e-commerce shipment processes.
Working knowledge of ZOHO ERP/CRM or similar software.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines.
