Bakery Operations
- Prepare and bake a variety of fresh bakery products, including breads, croissants, muffins, cookies, brownies, cakes, pastries, desserts, and other baked items.
- Ensure consistency in recipes, portion sizes, quality, and presentation.
- Decorate and finish bakery products as per brand standards.
- Develop seasonal and innovative bakery offerings in collaboration with the management team.
Kitchen Operations
- Prepare café-style menu items such as sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast dishes, pasta, pizzas, soups, and light meals.
- Support breakfast, lunch, and all-day dining operations while ensuring timely preparation and service.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control to maintain consistency across all products.
- Assist in menu planning and introduce new food concepts aligned with the brand.
Quality, Hygiene & Compliance
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, food safety standards, and company SOPs.
- Monitor food storage, temperature control, labeling, and shelf-life of ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient utilization of raw materials.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor daily inventory of bakery and kitchen ingredients.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of stock.
- Control food costs through proper portioning, inventory management, and waste reduction.
- Maintain production and inventory records.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with baristas and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless guest service.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
