Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will own the execution of multiple client accounts from a creative and operational standpoint.
Your responsibility is not simply communicating with clients—it is ensuring that ideas become content, content becomes campaigns, and campaigns are delivered on time.
You will coordinate across creative strategists, designers, video editors, influencer teams, asset production teams, and clients to keep every project moving.
If something is delayed, you are expected to identify it before anyone else and solve it.
What You'll DoClient & Account Management
- Own multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication.
- Conduct weekly review meetings and progress updates.
- Share project status, timelines, blockers, and next steps with clients.
- Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and execution.
Creative Operations
- Drive creative production for Meta Ads and social media.
- Ensure creative calendars are executed on schedule.
- Coordinate with:
- Creative Strategy Team
- Ideation Team
- Creative Research Team
- Designers
- Video Editors
- Performance Marketing Team
- Track every creative from idea → script → production → editing → approval → publishing.
Influencer Marketing Operations
- Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team.
- Ensure creators receive briefs on time.
- Track creator deliverables.
- Coordinate approvals.
- Ensure influencer content is available for paid ads and organic social media.
- Maintain visibility of creator pipelines across brands.
Asset Production Management
Coordinate with the asset production team to ensure:
- Product shoots happen on schedule.
- Required product images are available.
- Videos are delivered on time.
- Creative assets are organized.
- Missing assets are identified proactively.
Cross-Functional Project Management
Work with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth execution:
- Performance Marketing
- Creative Strategy

You will own timelines, follow-ups, dependencies, and execution.
Reporting & Communication
Maintain visibility across every project by:
- Updating project management tools.
- Tracking task completion.
- Identifying blockers early.
- Escalating risks before deadlines are missed.
- Providing clients with regular progress updates.

Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years in Account Management, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or Client Success.
- Experience working with marketing agencies, D2C brands, creative agencies, or influencer marketing is preferred.
- Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
