We are looking for an IT Service Desk Executive to provide first-level technical support for our US-based client. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-first approach. Candidates must be comfortable working in US business hours or rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, Microsoft 365, and application issues.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents using a ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
- Install and configure software and user devices.
- Perform user account administration, including password resets.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets while meeting SLAs
The candidates should be willing to work in US shifts
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
