The HVAC Service Engineer is responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of HVAC systems. The role ensures optimal performance of air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards.

Installation, commissioning, and servicing of HVAC systems.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of:

VRF/VRV Systems

Chillers

AHUs & FCUs

Package Units

Split and Ductable Air Conditioning Systems

Cooling Towers

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related issues.

Attend breakdown calls and provide timely resolution.

Conduct routine inspections and performance checks.

Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.

Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service execution.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical controls.

Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting HVAC equipment.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Experience in commercial, industrial, or building HVAC projects.

Exposure to HVAC brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Blue Star, Carrier, Trane, Johnson Controls, or equivalent.
