Job Summary
Pratham Software is hiring a Salesforce Consultant with 2–3 years of experience to work on Salesforce implementation, customization, and business solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform and be able to collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Configure and customize Salesforce solutions.
Work with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
Create reports, dashboards, and automation using Flows.
Coordinate with developers and stakeholders for successful project delivery.
Support testing, deployment, and user training.
Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support.
Required Skills
2–3 years of Salesforce experience.
Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Knowledge of Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and Security Model.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
