Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Provide first-level technical support for software
- Troubleshoot issues related to industrial automation, devices, and applications
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and escalation
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and solutions
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of support tickets
- Assist in system onboarding, training, and client guidance
- Monitor system alerts and proactively inform clients of issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
