Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecollection Executive responsible for handling outbound calls to customers for Loan EMI collections, payment reminders, overdue follow-ups, and resolution of repayment-related queries. The candidate should possess good communication and negotiation skills to ensure timely collections while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for EMI payment reminders.
- Follow up on overdue and pending loan accounts.
- Convince customers for timely repayment and commitment collection.
- Update customer conversation remarks in the system/CRM.
- Handle customer queries related to EMI dues and payment modes.
- Coordinate with field collection teams when required.
- Maintain daily calling and collection records.
- Achieve assigned collection targets and recovery efficiency.
- Escalate critical or non-responsive cases to seniors.
- Ensure compliance with company collection policies and processes.

Qualification:
- Graduate / Undergraduate

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
