Full job description
- Maintaining discipline and good behavior among the students.This includes enforcing hostel rules and regulations and taking appropriate action if rules are broken.
- Make sure that the hostel is a safe and secure environment for students.
- Support the students with their academic pursuits. This includes arranging for study materials, encouraging and facilitating group study sessions, and ensuring that students have a quiet and conducive environment for studying.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and school management to keep them informed about the well-being and progress of the students. Ensure the smooth running of the hostel facility.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
