Compliance Coordinator – Job Description Role: Compliance Coordinator
Location: NoidaKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain and track compliance records, audits, and governance activities.Prepare and publish compliance dashboards, reports, and management summaries.Develop and maintain MIS reports using Excel, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.Create professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, audits, and governance meetings.Coordinate with internal stakeholders for compliance data collection, status tracking, and closure of action items.Monitor compliance KPIs and highlight risks, gaps, and overdue actions to relevant stakeholders.Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and evidence.Ensure maintenance of compliance repositories, trackers, SOPs, and governance records. Compliance reporting, dashboards, and governance reviews are common aspects of organizational governance and control frameworks.Required SkillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards).Excellent PowerPoint presentation creation and formatting skills.Good understanding of compliance, governance, audit, and reporting processes.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines effectively.Preferred QualificationsGraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.1–4 years of experience in Compliance, Governance, PMO, Audit Support, MIS Reporting, or Operations Coordination.
