Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled E-Procurement Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering lifecycle across government and private e-procurement platforms. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on e-tendering expertise along with a solid grasp of documentation and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and apply for relevant tenders on government and private e-procurement portals
- Prepare and submit accurate technical and financial bids
- Manage tender documentation and ensure full compliance with requirements
- Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary documents and approvals
- Track tender statuses and maintain organized, up-to-date records
- Ensure all submissions are completed within specified deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in E-Procurement / E-Tendering (mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of government e-procurement portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state portals)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
