We are looking for Store Operation Assistant
Location: Thane West (Near Thane Station)
Experience: 3-5 Yrs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Take ownership, follow-ups & execution
- Resolve issues before escalation
- Coordinate between management/HR & staff
- Assign tasks and ensure compliance
- Monitor daily operations & staff performance
- Prepare daily/weekly reports
- Track task status & operational challenges
- Share attendance & compliance updates with HR
- Support onboarding & training activities
- Maintain smooth staff–management communication
- Identify process gaps & suggest improvements
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and policies
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
