If you love building with AI, experimenting with emerging technologies, mentoring people and creating meaningful impact through education, this role is for you.
This is not a typical faculty position.
You will act as a course creator, AI mentor and ecosystem builder, helping students move from learning concepts to building real-world AI systems that solve real problems.
We need someone who is obsessed with learning, building and teaching. If you are only looking for just stability, a title or a comfortable teaching routine, this role will not work for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Lead the AI Learning Ecosystem
- Head and guide the AI department across Machine Learning, LLMs, Agentic AI and real-world AI systems.
- Build and continuously improve a complete, in-depth AI curriculum from fundamentals to advanced deployment.
- Ensure learning is practical, project-driven and aligned with real industry needs.
2) Design & Deliver Advanced AI Training
- Conduct engaging classroom or online sessions on the following
- Machine Learning
- Deep Learning
- LLMs
- Agentic AI
- RAG Systems
- Multi-Agent Systems
- AI Deployment & MLOps
3) Build Real AI Systems With Students
- Guide students through building:
- AI agents and autonomous workflows
- Single-agent and multi-agent systems
- RAG-based applications
- Tool-using AI systems
- AI copilots and assistants
- Real-world deployable AI products
4) Mentor & Inspire
- Mentor students one-on-one and help them become confident AI professionals.
- Push students to think critically, solve problems and become independent builders.
- Build a culture of curiosity, ownership, experimentation and continuous learning.
5) Technical Leadership
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, frameworks and workflows.
- Introduce best practices in architecture, deployment, evaluation, safety and scalability.
- Contribute to building EduGuild’s long-term AI vision and learning ecosystem.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
1.Strong programming skills in Python
2. Hands-on experience with:
- LLM APIs
- LangChain / AutoGen or similar frameworks
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Vector databases
- Embeddings
- Prompt engineering
- Tokenization & context windows
- Function calling & tool usage
- AI agents & autonomous workflows
- Fine-tuning & model adaptation
- LLM application architecture
- Evaluation & quality control
- Deployment fundamentals

3. Strong Understanding Of
- Agentic workflows (planning, memory, reasoning, tool use)
- Backend systems & APIs
- Real-world AI deployment pipelines
- AI system design and scalability
4. Practical Experience
We are not looking for someone who has only “learned AI.”We are looking for someone who has:
- Built real AI projects or products
- Worked hands-on with modern AI systems
- Experimented deeply beyond tutorials
- Solved practical implementation challenges
- Deployed or shipped working solutions
5. Has an active GitHub profile, portfolio, research work or deployed projects
Teaching & Leadership Ability
- Ability to explain difficult concepts clearly and practically
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for mentoring and guiding learners
- Ability to lead both students and faculty members
- Deep care for student outcomes and learning quality
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English is required.
Good To Have
- Experience with multi-agent systems
- Experience in AI startups or freelance AI projects
- Experience teaching working professionals or conducting workshops
- Exposure to cloud deployment (AWS, Vercel, GCP, Azure, etc.)
- Knowledge of MLOps, Kubernetes or scalable AI infrastructure
- Open-source contributions, research publications or AI community involvement
