We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to manage our reception area and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors and calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper visitor management procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in handling office supplies and inventory requirements.
- Support HR and Administration teams with routine tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
