About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have managed online marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms. The candidate should be well-versed in product listing, catalog management, marketplace optimization, and driving online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow online sales across Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and other marketplaces.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and high-quality images.
- Ensure product catalog accuracy, including pricing, inventory, and product specifications.
- Monitor marketplace performance and implement strategies to improve sales and visibility.
- Manage inventory synchronization and coordinate with the operations team to avoid stock discrepancies.
- Handle marketplace promotions, discounts, deals, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Resolve marketplace-related issues such as listing suppression, policy violations, and account health.
- Coordinate with the photography and content teams for product images and creatives.
- Track KPIs including sales, conversion rate, traffic, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies and best practices.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, preferably in the Jewellery Industry.
- Proven experience managing Amazon, Etsy, and eBay Seller Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
- Experience with catalog management, inventory management, and order processing.
- Understanding of online marketplace algorithms and promotional tools.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience with additional marketplaces such as Flipkart, Walmart, Shopify, or Noon will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, PPC advertising, or Amazon Ads is preferred.
