Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive to generate leads and promote ISO certification services to businesses across various industries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database.
- Introduce and explain ISO certification services ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, HACCP, etc.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments or direct meetings with the customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Excel.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide basic information about certification processes.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer support.
- Experience in ISO certification, consultancy, B2B sales, or service sales are an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and self-motivation.
Preferred Knowledge
Candidates with knowledge of the following standards will have an advantage:
- ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
- ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System
- ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management System
- ISO 22000 – Food Safety Management System
- HACCP
- GMP
- Other management system certifications

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
