Key Responsibilities
Manage all correspondence and communication independently
Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems
Handle calendar management and scheduling
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and internal communication
Organize and oversee official events and engagements
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure confidentiality and attention to detail at all times
Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Presentable, disciplined, and reliable
Ability to work independently and take initiative
