Job Title: Store Keeper – HVAC Manufacturing
Department: Stores / Warehouse
Location: Rohad , Bahadurgarh
Reporting To: Stores Manager / Plant Manager
Experience: 2–5 years in HVAC/manufacturing industry preferred
Job Purpose
To efficiently manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory of HVAC materials, components, consumables, and finished goods while maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring timely material availability for production.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and material documents.
Inspect quantity, specifications, and physical condition of materials received.
Properly store and identify HVAC components, raw materials, electrical items, sheet-metal materials, hardware, tools, and consumables.
Issue materials to production and other departments against authorized material requisitions.
Maintain accurate GRN, stock registers, bin cards, issue/return records, and other store documentation.
Ensure proper FIFO and systematic material storage practices.
Monitor stock levels and inform the purchase/stores manager about minimum stock, shortages, and excess inventory.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
Maintain proper identification, labeling, and bin locations for all materials.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, and Accounts departments for material requirements and documentation.
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss.
Maintain housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards within the stores and warehouse.
Support internal and external audits by providing required inventory records and documents.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, rejected, and obsolete materials.
Maintain records in ERP/software and MS Excel and prepare regular inventory reports.
Follow company procedures for material control, security, and documentation.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
Understanding of HVAC manufacturing materials and components.
Knowledge of GRN, MRN, material issue/return, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
Ability to work under production deadlines and manage multiple material requirements.
Qualification
12th / Diploma / Graduate preferred.
Experience in HVAC, sheet-metal, engineering, or manufacturing stores will be an advantage.
