We are looking for a Technical Lead with 6+ years of software development experience to guide the technical execution of our products and platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across modern web technologies, cloud platforms, microservices, and AI technologies, along with the ability to mentor engineers and review technical solutions. This role will work closely with frontend, backend, cloud, and AI engineers to ensure technical quality, resolve complex challenges, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to engineering teams across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI initiatives.
- Review solution designs, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve technical challenges and unblock projects.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Support project planning, effort estimation, and technical task breakdown.
- Monitor technical progress and identify risks or dependencies.
- Work closely with Product, Project Management, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions on time.
- Contribute to system design and architectural discussions.
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of applications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support their technical growth.
Required Experience
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade web applications.
