Key Responsibilities
- NOA Workflow Management: Oversee and execute the end-to-end Notice of Admission (NOA) process, ensuring timely and error-free submissions in adherence to US healthcare regulatory timelines.
- Document Audit & Verification: Review patient records, clinical charts, and administrative documentation to verify information accuracy, completeness, and clinical context.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise effectively with clinicians, US healthcare providers, insurance administrators, and external agencies to streamline patient admission workflows.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all admission notifications and documentation adhere strictly to US healthcare guidelines, patient privacy standards, and quality frameworks.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of admission files, status logs, and error checks, escalating complex cases or documentation discrepancies promptly to supervisors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized university (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical documentation, patient care processes, and general healthcare workflows.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in healthcare management tools, MS Office suite, and data entry systems.
- Operational Readiness: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work flexible hours in US time zones.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
