Responsible for end-to-end Human Resources and Administration functions, ensuring smooth business operations and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
- Handle manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across various functions.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Drive employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, training, and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage audits, statutory documentation, licenses, registers, and compliance reporting.
- Oversee administration functions including facility management, vendor management, travel, housekeeping, security, office maintenance, and asset management.
- Manage employee welfare activities, engagement programs, and organizational events.
- Coordinate with external agencies, consultants, and government authorities as required.
- Prepare HR and Admin MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Support business leaders in achieving organizational goals through effective HR and administrative practices.
Experience Required: 4+ years in HR & Administration with hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and office administration.
