Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management
- Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and machinery for efficient operations.
- Minimize downtime and resolve production issues promptly.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and develop production employees.
- Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.
- Conduct training and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage attendance, shift scheduling, and workforce discipline.
Quality Control
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to maintain compliance.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Implement lean manufacturing and waste reduction initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs such as productivity, scrap rates, downtime, and labor utilization.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Communicate production performance and issues to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.
Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
