Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or Revit, paired with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion, and post-production in Photoshop.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of spatial composition, lighting, photographic principles, and scale accuracy.
- Portfolio: A robust visual portfolio demonstrating high-end rendering quality and material realism.
