Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Manage daily e-commerce order processing activities through ERP/WMS systems.
- Ensure timely picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth shipment movement and delivery tracking.
- Monitor order turnaround time (TAT) and ensure SLA adherence.
Packaging & Product Handling
- Ensure secure and tamper-proof packaging of products as per company standards.
- Maintain high accuracy in SKU handling and dispatch documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures for precious metal handling.
Inventory Management & Reconciliation
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation and stock counting.
- Monitor stock movement, inward/outward entries, and inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock management practices.
- Coordinate with finance/audit teams during stock audits and verification.
Team Management
- Supervise and manage a team of up to 10 fulfilment associates.
- Allocate daily operational tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, discipline, and process compliance within the fulfilment centre.
- Train team members on packing standards, inventory controls, and operational processes.
Customer Query Resolution
- Coordinate with customer support teams for shipment-related queries, order status updates, returns, and escalations.
- Ensure prompt resolution of operational customer complaints.
Process & Compliance
- Maintain accurate operational records and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with inventory controls, security guidelines, and operational SOPs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Desired Candidate ProfileQualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Or MBA in Supply Chain Management
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in e-commerce fulfilment, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Prior experience in handling high-value products, jewellery, gold, silver, or E-Commerce / Secure Logistics operations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹9,382.18 - ₹36,455.15 per month
