Job description *
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Delivery Station operations including inbound, sortation, staging, dispatch, and last-mile execution.
- Drive daily operational performance against key metrics such as OTD, DPMO, DEA, capacity utilization, and productivity.
- Lead Area Managers, Process Assistants, and associates across multiple operational shifts.
- Ensure smooth execution of Morning Sort, Afternoon Sort, SMD, Rush, and dispatch operations.
- Monitor volume flow, staffing plans, route allocation, and vehicle utilization to meet customer promise timelines.
- Partner with DSPs and Delivery Associates to improve delivery success rates and reduce escalations.
- Analyze operational data, identify defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon safety standards, SOP adherence, audit requirements, and 5S practices.
- Handle customer-impacting escalations including missed deliveries, station misses, bad scans, and route failures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with central operations, planning, ACES, transportation, and support teams for network alignment.
- Conduct daily reviews, shift huddles, deep dives, and performance discussions with stakeholders.
- Support peak planning, contingency management, and execution during high-volume events.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
