Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues • Enable current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance • Manage compensation and benefits program
• Do Training needs analysis and create a structured training program across all cities • Create HR Analytics & Dashboard on HR metrics for the consumption for Senior Leadership team • Ownership of HR Business partnering across all functions
Requirements
- Prior experience of 4 – 8 yrs. In HR domain
- Proven working experience as strategic HR, preferably in start-ups.
- Ability to multitask and expertise in working in ambiguous situations.
- Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to connect the dots.
• Proven expertise in human resources metrics & HR systems and databases • Ability to articulate strategy in a simplest form.
• Effective skills on storytelling and presenting it to the higher management. • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
