We are looking for a Process Associate to handle customer calls for a US-based process. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently. This is a voice-based process requiring candidates to work in US shift timings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend inbound/outbound customer calls from US clients.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work during US shift timings (Night Shift - IST).
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior BPO or voice process experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
