Role Overview
We are looking for a multi-disciplinary UI/UX Designer to become the creative engine behind Tiffexx's visual presence. This role spans the full spectrum of digital design: you will be responsible for mapping intuitive user experiences for our web platforms and mobile apps, while also executing high-impact visual design for social media channels, marketing campaigns, and digital branding assets. Core Design Toolkit Required
- Product Design: Figma, Adobe XD (UI/UX layouts, wireframing, interactive prototyping)
- Visual / Creative Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Enterprise (for agile templates)
- Animation / Media (Plus): After Effects or Premiere Pro (for micro-interactions and social video creatives)
- Methodologies: Design systems management, component-driven UI design, responsive grids
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Product Interface Design: Architect modern, high-fidelity UI designs and intuitive UX wireframes for both desktop web applications and mobile app ecosystems.
- Social Media & Marketing Creative Assets: Own the design execution for all marketing graphics, promotional banners, carousel ads, and engagement-driven social media templates.
- Design System Stewardship: Maintain, update, and scale our internal Figma design system to ensure visual, typographic, and brand consistency across engineering and marketing teams.
- User Journey Mapping: Conduct light user research, construct user personas, build interactive click-through prototypes, and map behavioral flows to optimize product conversion.
- Developer Hand-off: Package visual elements, design components, and responsive specs into developer-ready layouts, ensuring smooth code transition without asset degradation.
Required Experience & Technical Background
- Professional Background: 3 to 5 years of professional design experience acting as a combined UI/UX and visual graphic designer. A diverse portfolio showcasing shipped live products and digital creative campaigns is mandatory.
- Versatility Constraints: Exceptional typography, layout hierarchy, and color theory skills across both structured product grids and abstract marketing creatives.
- Startup Velocity: Ability to manage multiple concurrent design priorities—such as iterating on an app checkout screen while delivering a fresh set of social media ad creative.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
